The basic fundamentals of hitting will be covered, as well as advanced hitting skills for those with sound fundamentals.
Drills will be taught to address bat control, bat speed, eye/hand coordination and power. Mental toughness will also be addressed.

Pitching skills to be covered at the pitching clinic:
- Windmill Pitching mechanics
- Footwork/Leg Drive
- Arm Action
- Pitching Grips
- Movement Pitches
- Mental Toughness and Pitching Strategies
Pitching clinic participants will receive 6 hours of profession instruction.
Pitchers will receive a written assessment of their pitching skills.
All pitchers MUST bring a catcher or partner up with another pitcher, if available.
